At Ranney School, the Visual Arts are an essential part of curriculum at every level of learning from Early Childhood through Grade 12. Our goal is to cultivate each child’s unique capacities for expression, communication and discovery through hands-on experiences. Ranney students are encouraged to try unfamiliar art forms throughout the continuum of their education while also deepening their understanding of familiar ones. These forms include ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, design, animation, sculpture, filmmaking and architecture.
