Mary Cate Leidersdorff '29 Invited to National Selection International Tour

Mary Cate Leidersdorff ‘29 has been invited by US Club Soccer to the 2025 Girls id2 National Selection International Tour. Top girls born in 2011 are selected based on performances from id2 Regional Training Camps held in December and January. 

The 2025 id2 National Selection International Tour spans April 2-12, beginning with a brief domestic camp in Illinois, before traveling to Paris and Lyon for an immersive experience of training, competition and culture. The tour represents the final progression of the current id2 age group cycle targeting players born in 2011.
Eighteen girls were selected from id2 Regional Training Camps held in South Carolina and California over the past couple months. This is the third time US Club Soccer is taking the id2 National Selection girls team overseas; in previous years, the girls participated in national, domestic camps alongside the ECNL.

Mary Cate, MF, is one of only two athletes invited from New Jersey. The full roster can be seen here and more information on id2 can be found here.
