US Club TAXI Fundraises for Doctors Without Borders
The Upper School club TAXI creates a World Languages Magazine every year. This year, the club members hosted a two-day bake sale, raising $202 to donate to Doctors Without Borders (also known as Medecins Sans Frontieres).
Doctors Without Borders is a medical humanitarian organization providing independent, impartial medical care to people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural disasters, and exclusion from healthcare in over 70 countries. It was a 2-day bake sale that the students organized. They thought that Doctors Without Borders would be a good organization to represent World Languages.
