Tri-M Students Perform at Memorial Sloan Kettering

On Friday, October 25, Ranney's Upper School Tri-M Music Honor Society performed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The Chamber Music Club performed in the lobby, allowing people from all floors to look down and see and hear the show.
 
"We are grateful to have had the opportunity to play, and we were flattered and glad to hear from patients and staff that we had a positive impact," said Anthony Abboud '25.
 
The group looks forward to playing at MSK again soon, but Friday's performance held a special place in their hearts, as about six months ago, All-School Orchestra Director Dr. Sobieski was walking into the same building as a patient. To play with her again, feeling healthy, in this space was special for the Chamber Music club members.
