Middle School ASL Students Share Books with Beginners
In Ranney's Middle School (grades 6th, 7th, and 8th), students have the opportunity to use the final period of the day to participate on an athletic team or in an activity. The Middle School ASL activity spent time this fall learning basic ASL.
Students in the activity also chose to learn how to interpret a read aloud of a children's story. They visited the Beginners (age 3) class this week to share the stories with our youngest Ranney students!
The books were, David Goes to School; Little Red Riding Hood; One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish; and Mary Had a Little Lamb.
