Ranney Jr. Tri-M Named National Runner Up
Below is recognition from Music Honor Society Advisory Council Co-Chairs Hannah Cole and Kimberly Lake:
On behalf of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) and the Music Honor Society Advisory Council, it is with sincere congratulations that we recognize Ranney School Tri-M Chapter 4410 as the Junior 2023-2024 National Tri-M Chapter of the Year Scholarship Award 2nd Runner Up! We thank you for your outstanding contribution to your music program, to your school, and to your entire community.
Tri-M is a unique and necessary program for secondary music students. You would not have started this chapter and nurtured your student leaders if you did not believe in the power of Tri-M. The work it took both you and your student leaders throughout the years is now paying off. We hope you and your students take great pride in everything you have accomplished, and that this award can continue to generate positive involvement in your outstanding chapter. Tri-M students will become the next great leaders in our world. YOU have directly impacted each of these students to go out and make a difference.
Your school will be issued a check for $400 that your chapter may use in the 2024-2025 school year to fund a musically enriching activity, or music program scholarship. Thank you for your chapter’s commitment to the Tri-M National Honor Society!
