Dr. Amer Alnajar ‘04 exemplifies authentic leadership. He is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Vytalize Health, a healthcare platform that helps doctors strengthen their relationships with patients through data-driven, holistic, and personalized care.
Dr. Niraj Govil ’85 vowed to never return to Ranney after graduation. Yet 35 years later, his two children are Ranney “lifers” and he is an active member of the Ranney community, sitting on four committees and recently elected to the Board of Trustees. He shares how his views of Ranney School have drastically changed and why he is a vocal advocate for the school today.
Dr. Walter Greason ‘91 is a Ranney lifer that is truly a model global citizen and exemplifies authentic leadership. The alumnus was recently appointed as the Chair of the History Department at Macalester College and in his spare time, he is a member of Ranney’s Board of Trustees serving as Chair of the Diversity Committee, member of the Education Committee, and member of the Alumni Leadership Council.
Toby Savage ’18 exemplifies the values Ranney hopes to instill in its students, especially authentic leadership and resilience. He shares how his time at Ranney prepared him to lead his team in an international computer science and engineering competition designed by Elon Musk.
If I were to describe Ranney School in three words, they would be: entertaining, friendly, and inspiring. It’s my third year at Ranney, and even though we are physically separated from each other, it still feels like home.
