Ranney Visual Arts Students Honored with Scholastic Art Awards

The following students were recognized by Scholastic Art and Writing for their visual arts:

For the first time in Ranney history, there is a National Gold MedalistClaire Falletta won a Gold Medal at the National level for her Photograph entitled No Escape. She also won a Gold Key at the regional level for the same photograph.
 
Abby Granata won a Gold Key for an individual photograph entitled The Raven and a second Gold Key for her portfolio entitled Vintage Ads, Modern Technologies.
 
Alec Taffin won a Gold Key for his abstract sculpture piece entitled Plaster # 1.
 
Jenna Banks won a Silver Key in Photography
Kayla Conley won a Silver Key in Sculpture
Anna Effenberger won 2 Silver Keys for her Drawings and Illustration
Jackie Erler won a Silver Key in Photography
Shayna Field won a Silver Key in Photography
Winston Guo won a Silver Key in Photography
Gabriel Ilomuanya won a Silver Key in Photography
Madison McGeddy won a Silver Key in Photography
