Vasilios Nicholas Recognized at Delaware Valley Science Fair

Sophomore Vasilios Nicholas (Holmdel) won an Honorable Mention in the Engineering category at the April 2014 Delaware Valley Science Fair. He also earned a second place prize from the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers Valley Forge Chapter. Earlier this year, in March, Vasilios attended the Jersey Shore Science Fair held at the Richard Stockton College and won Third Place in the Intermediate Engineering division. This achievement allowed him to move on and participate in the Delaware fair. Vasilios has been active in Ranney’s Robotics program since its start in 2010. His robot won an Amaze Award at the January 2014 VEX Robotics Competition (see back story).
